  • sorry to miss today…needed the mental refreshment of being in the woods so I went riding…I’ll do ‘Angie’ sometime this weekend and post a time.

    everyone have a good 4th…be safe and remember to throw the firecracker away BEFORE it goes off in your hand.

  • ok, played on the river friday and chilled yesterday

    Today:

    2:00pm-2:47pm 11 mile road ride from Oakley to the far side of Biltmore Forest.

    3:17 – start Angie after 2 x warmup of 10 ea situp, pushup, squat, jumping pull up

    I still can’t do Angie in less than 20, I recorded splits after each exercise

    Squats @ 3:02
    Situps @ 8:16
    Pushups @ 20:18
    Pullups 60 @ 29:50

    Pullups were jumping pullups in sets of 5…called it quits at 30 minutes
    so, maybe do Angie again sometime scaled to 80 for everything? 75?
