50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings (55/35lbs)
50 steps walking lunge
50 knees to elbows
50 push press (45/33lbs)
50 good mornings (45/33lbs)
50 dumbbell thrusters (25lb/15lb dumbbells)
50 burpees
50 double-unders or 200 single jump ropes

James placed #7 overall with a time of 16:20
Shanna #85 overall, #14 woman, 20:20
Katie #147 overall, #30 woman, #1 woman in the 35-39 age group, 22:08

Corey #169 overall, 22:25

WOW everyone did great this morning – i barely got myself
out of bed but was so glad to be able to see you all in action ! and bummed i had to go to work and miss that WOD i would have loved it !
