50 feet single arm overhead walking lunge (Complete 25′ per arm. M-45lb DB or KB, W-25lb DB or KB)
7 Hanging toes-to-bar

rest 3-5 minutes
repeat for total of 3 rounds
i even measured it with a tape measure so i wouldnt be cheating the distance !
of course in a perfect world i would be there doing shoulder press with all you
lucky people!
