Yay “Healthlifts!” Today is gonna be a 1 RM for me. Looking for PR at 310+. (PR 5 RM of 115 kg / 253 lbs on July 2nd; PR 3 RM of 275 lbs on May 25th).
So excited about my PR today. I love Deadlifts, 241 lbs 1 rep max. It has been a great day at crossfit.
All three of the above rocked out the DL today! Chasedy set a new ladies’ gym record with 241lbsx1, J$ had a big PR with 208lbsx3 and Matt you hit that 310×1! Way to go gang!!
