10 shoulder press (75/55lbs)

  • What the photo doesn’t really convey is that I had a dozen marbles in my mouth and was reciting Homer as I did these box jumps.

  • Hey sorry to spam y’all but I wanted to say that I consulted my records, and it turns out that my one round of 10 TGUs w/ 35 lbs today actually established a 5 RM PR for me. Gotta work on those TGUs.
