ok…ya got me…i can’t even imagine what a ‘dumbell burpee deadlift’ is gonna feel like…
I’m still sore from deadlift deadlifts (Tue) and single support deadlifts (Wed)!
yea, wednesday was a good one…i’m the perfect level of sore…just on the edge of masochism but not too far over.
holy crap…lesson for the day: stfu about wanting to add weight unless you’ve done the WOD before.
