THANK YOU Shanna. This is gonna be awesome. My shoulders still hurt from Friday.
Are you back, Randy? Can’t wait to catch up. Coming in right now.
yea, still feeling my shoulders from friday too. this looks fun…even with the running.
What if we can’t finish 400m in under 3 minutes?
Laura,
If someone can’t finish 400 in less than 1:30 the distance needs to be shortened to 200m.
BTW thanks for the support while I was at school.
Air Assault!
This workout rocked. I was exhausted and felt like I really pushed myself.
Thanks! It seems like it took longer…but I think what I’ve marked off as “400m” is more like 600m. Welcome back, coach!
Laura,
So good to hear from you! Glad to see you’re still following the program. If it takes you longer than 2 minutes for the 400m your route is for sure long! Have you found any victims to join in your training?
Best!
Shanna, I have three people who are joining me, and taking on parts of the paleo diet. We got together and did a Richard Simmon’s spoof. I will have to send it to you.
Now they see people and are like, “man, that used to be me. I don’t know how that person will make it up the stairs…”
Gotta love it! Have a fabulous day!!
It comes a little late, so maybe nobody will notice this, but today I stumbled on this gem, which applies to the title of this day’s workout:
“The whole of life is but a moment of time. It is our duty, therefore, to use it, not misuse it.” — Plutarch
(A note on the source. This rendering of the saying is apparently from the De Puerorum Educatione as translated by Hugh Percy Jones in his New Dictionary of Foreign Phrases and Classical Quotations, page 171).
