  • In case anybody is interested, I thought I would post here that I wrote up a blog entry about my epically BAD cheat day from yesterday:

    Worst. Cheat. Day. Ever.

    I’m not sure if it’s funny at all, or just sad. It’s definitely sad, but it might be funny too. Anyway, I’m laughing it off now.
