    So, last night I said “I am not going anywhere near the gym tomorrow.” Hahahaha! I’m glad I didn’t listen to myself. 6:00 am crew…seriously, this will be one of the days I remember the most. I don’t ever think I’ve been so proud watching a group of CrossFitters workout. Frank, I am pretty sure my jaw is still back on the floor of the gym. Awesome work guys. What a great way to start my day.

    From 7:18 with two brown bands and 77 lbs. on 2/24 to 3:00 with no bands and 95 lbs., the score has officially been settled!
