    What is a burpee box hurdle?

  • Hi Laura! A Burpee Box Hurdle is: do a burpee in front of a box. Jump or hurdle over the box and land on the other side. One rep. Turn around, and repeat. They are “fun”!

    My time was eight something…I think I was jumpin’ the “short box.” Hmmm…Next time I’ll try the short box with no helmet! :)
