091019 Monday “Clean Shins”

Strength/Skill Work:  Single support power clean (Begin with single support deadlift if you have yet to do so)

WOD

5 rounds of:

30 seconds of max rep power cleans (70% of power clean 1RM not to exceed 135/95lbs)

30 seconds of max rep box jumps

1 minute rest

Record your reps during the 1 minute rest and post total power cleans, total box jumps as well as load and height to comments. 

***CFA will be closed for the 5:30pm and 6:30pm sessions this Friday, October 23rd as well as all sessions on Saturday October 24th.  Not to worry supplemental work-outs for at home fun will be posted. ***

    It should be noted as it was mentioned in Karl’s (aka KK) class today we are going to start having various activities for individuals that have scores that are outliers. This indicates that you either were too conservative in your weight (for those that have abnormally high scores) or too heavy if the score is abnormally low. The majority of you have been doing a tremendous job with work-outs! Keep up the great work! The activities for outliers will be performed next time they come in the gym. Don’t worry, it won’t always be burpees. :)
