5 rounds of:
30 seconds max rep hang power cleans (70% of max rep hang power clean not to exceed 135/95lbs)
30 seconds max rep kettlebell swings (1.5/1 pood)
1 minute rest
Holiday Hours:

great wod…poor performance on my part, would like to do it again on a day 1.
Agreed with M3 that doing this WOD on day 3 of 3 was not ideal, haha. Especially since I realized that I went pretty heavy when we last did it, and there was no way I was going to go down in weight today, haha. Still, it is one of my favorite WODs.
