    I sure missed everyone at the 5:20. A little snow and everyone uses the excuse to stay in bed. Corey kicked my butt this morning. My legs are jello, and my traps are tight. Can’t wait to see how I feel after my 22 miler tomorrow. Thanks a lot to all my ‘fair weather friends’.

    Kim-I can’t wait for the day you complete this marathon training and then kick all your old PRs out the door on less than 20 mpw! Don’t get me wrong….I respect your worth ethic and understand the mentality of the high mileage training. The summer before I started CFing I was running 70-85mpw dreaming about having two weeks off from school to get in my first 100 mile week. Shockingly, I was injured and slaved to the elliptical before this ever happened and soon shaken out of my volume-when i agreed to do a bunch of burpees and overhead walking lunges and felt like I had never even worked that hard in a race. I was sold and have never been on the elliptical since.
    Hope your 22er went well in the snow. It was a beautiful day for a run!
