    Ahhhh shucks, you mean I am missing out on weight walking lunges AND Burpees. It’s just a darn shame that it is a rest day for me.

    That’s right, Shanna. I would have gone much faster if I had been “racing” my fellow CrossFitters and had been yelled at (ok, encouraged) by the coaches. By myself, I took long breaks when I got tired. This is why I don’t do WODs at home. I’ll get it next time.

    I’m not signing up for your workout, Miriam. At least CFA disguises the pain somewhat with cute descriptions. :-) You need to rebrand your workout, then you might get some takers.

    Oh, I’m sorry, Shonnie. I thought you knew that this was one of the classic CF workout up there with Fran. It’s called “Caveman’s Revenge.”
