At this point it should be noted that when Chris and I did yesterday&#039;s WOD we were relatively fresh with only push jerk done prior.  I&#039;m still shaking from thrusters!</description>

WOD #1 is the &quot;Air Force WOD&quot; at 95# men 65# women with 4 burpees every minute.  WOD #2 is AMRAP in 5 minutes for Clean and Overhead, 155# men 105# women.  Let the fun (and pain) begin.</description>

I need the differences Im feeling and seeing be that motivation to go all in. That and Tbone pushing us. Love that freak.</description>
