Strength/Skill Work: Weighted Ring Dips 5-5-3-3-1-1-1
WOD
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. You will complete 3 total rounds. The stations are:
- Ring Push-ups
- Sumo Deadlift High-pull (95/65lbs)
- Tire Jumps (~18″ height)
- Kettlebell swings
- Dumbbell push-press (35/25lbs)
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.

I push jerked all 30 reps, whereas I had to split jerk all reps in December. Hmmmm, maybe sobriety is a good thing? BHAHAHAHA!
