I love this one! Too bad I can’t lift my arms above my chest from yesterday or else I might have snuck in some rounds at the house! Enjoy!
We did this WOD but didn’t time it. The possibility of heat stroke was lurking. we did give the other gym patrons quite a show though and working out without luxuries like AC @ CFA have truly conditioned us into elite beasts who can work hard in 90 degree temps while others eat our dust.

Yeah, ow. I’m still delirious. I dread waking up tomorrow because it is going to Hurt. So. Much. My exact words were that the WOD looked “painful and tempting.” Why? Why would I say TEMPTING?
Theoretically I really like this workout. But due to yesterday’s wod today I couldn’t lift a cup of coffee to my lips with one hand.
