		<description>Did my first &quot;Helen&quot; today.  Modified with 400m row instead of run and purple resistance band on pull-ups.  17:21 OUCH! The pull-ups kicked my a$$, but they&#039;re getting better--definitely the rate limiting factor in this WOD!!  

Knee socks are cool, gotta get some of those! :)</description>
