Today Corey and David are running the ship as our other three coaches are in Charlotte learning better ways to mold and torture y’all.  Wish them good luck at their Level 1 CrossFit Certification.

    CrossFit Threshold again.
    Annie: 50-40-30-20-10 double unders and situps

    I’ve been meaning to go after Annie again. She whupped my butt the last time. Unfortunately, they do AbMat situps at CF Threshold. I do not recommend AbMat situps for Annie because they are really, really slow, and I was screaming all sorts of profanities in my head. Still, I killed my last Annie time, so it ended up being all good.

    Who is going for certification? Sounds like Dan (“leaving Asheville a CF boy, returning a CF man”–very funny!!!), but couldn’t figure out the others? Inquiring minds want to know (and cheer them on).
