Strength/Skill Work: 4x400m run with 2 minutes rest between each
Partner WOD
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
40 sit-ups
30 squats
20 push-ups
10 pull-ups.
Only one person can work at a time. As a team complete the above reps and split the reps up as you wish.

THIS is EXACTLY what i need crap i have to go make the bacon and kibble money and can’t come in! i want to throw a tantrum but i gotta TCB!
It is only my rest day by default that I didn’t get there. I still have some last minute prep for Meghan’s Birthday Party and she woke up at 4 AM with a stomachache because she ate too much cookie dough. I’m just glad she is not really sick and hopefully she had a chance to learn form some natural consequences.
