AHHH..I keep missing deadlifts!
First of all, the very strong but modest Brooke forgot to write down that she dealifted 215 lbs X 3!!!
Secondly, this was definately one of those sneaky WODs. Before I did the WOD I wondered if Shanna was going easy on us because it was a Thursday but then after the WOD I was just wondering if I was going to hurl.
