Strength/Skill Work Tuck Hangs: Knees must stay at or above hip height. Think about squat mechanics, it must look like a full depth squat.
A new clock will start every 3 minutes. Rest depends on how long each hold is. Longer hold=less rest however shorter hold =lower score. Complete 3 total sets.
WOD
Complete 4 rounds of:
400m run
50 squats
for time.
Scale as needed. There will be a 20 minute cap on this workout.

CrossFit Asheville is in Heat 3 at 1:40 pm today. WOD 1 is 10 minutes to find 1RM ground to overhead followed by 2 minutes of max rep muscle ups and 2 minutes of max rep chest to bar pullups. It’s time to kick some ass!
Team WOD 1: 1RM clean and jerk with Corey (245 lbs), Brad (200 lbs), Anne (140 lbs), T-Bone (135 lbs). Muscle ups with Corey (7), Brad (3), T-Bone (3). Team total of 79 C2B pullups. Masters WOD 1: Karl with 1RM thruster of 155 lbs!
