  • Mr K you are my HERO! Awesome job.

Thanks Randy. The red shirt is to honor patriots like you and Chad who are the real heros! Stay safe.

I decided to do “Cloudy Daze” at home today, thinking it would be relatively easy. Got a little humbled when 20 minutes came and went and I still wasn’t done. Then I thought of how incredibly hard our athletes are working down in Florida and made myself finish the WOD (in my defense, I’m pretty sure my run was a bit longer than 400 meters, wah wah).
Great job CFA!! Keep up the great work! We are all cheering you on! Karl, you’re a rock star.

Team WOD 2 with tire flips and burpees was brutal in the heat, but Corey, Brad, Anne and Carly pulled through. Shanna CRUSHED WOD 2. Crushed it. And, Katie stayed tough. Karl has WOD 3 at 3:30 today, and Shanna and Katie go at 5:30.

Crushed. I like that word. Love the pic of Mr. K. in action. Tire flips and burpees sound brutal indeed. We’re cheering for you, CFA team. And yes, Allison, Friday’s Cloudy Daze was a sneaky little WOD. Especially after Wednesday’s arse-kicking WOD. Sitting has been difficult.

Yeah! Keep it up, keep it up! Nice work today CFA!
