    Warmed up taking my brother-in-laws 8 45lbs plates off the bar and moving that 100 lb. plate out of the way. . .Cooled down attempting to put them all back. Got 2 on each side back & gave up. Didn’t time any of that, though I should have!! Made me miss the feng shui loveliness of CFA! (And the 9 o’clock class putting our bars away!)
