I don’t even know where to begin describing this crazy ass WOD. Constantly varied to the max. I started hallucinating clowns, trapeze artists, and tigers halfway through it, and I swear the tires were spinning when I jumped thru them. Great to see Brian C and Betsy this morning–I never get to work out with you and it was fun. Brian C made my day with his under the breath comment about the lacrosse balls, which I cannot post here due to moderator rules. I’m still laughing.

Three Ring Circus, indeed! But I’m really growing to love the feeling of nausea at the end of these types of WODs. Seth and I were trying to decide who was more soaked in sweat by the end (he won).

Thank you, Shanna, for being such a great coach. I have no idea how you manage the floor with that much going on, but you do so with incredible skill.

And, Miriam… you are hilarious. Can’t wait to hear what Brian C said.

Wow, Sarah Kate, if this was your first WOD you are amazing! Congrats for not only getting through it but with great numbers. I applaud anyone who actually could talk and walk after this WOD.

To Jana, I can FEEL your delight at crushing your boss with your scores today. Yes, your numbers are better than mine…today. But I will be back with a vengeance after I get a double forearm transplant with brand new radial nerves and a 20 year age reduction performed in Corey’s laboratory. Be very scared.
