Team WOD 1st wave @ 3:00
In teams of 4 complete:
2000m row and 100 burpees
one person on the rower and only one teammate doing burpees at a time. Break up burpee reps/row distance as you choose.
The row and burpees must be complete before the team may move outside for the tire flip.
50m tire flip
300m run
100 wall ball shots
300m run
50m tire flip
Once the tire has returned completed the 2nd 50m distance the team of 4 moves inside and again completes
2000m row and 100 burpees
For time.
Each time will have 2 50lbs sandbags which must be supported by your team throughout the entire WOD. If either of the sand bags come in contact with the ground/floor or simply if any part of the sandbag is being supported by any object other than a member on the team then each team member must immediately stop the task they are on and complete 5 burpees while the sandbags continue to be supported. Again, each time the sandbag is unsupported by the team each member complete 5 burpees while other members are holding the bags. All 4 members must complete the 5 burpees before further work requirements of the workout are performed.
Meat from Luellas and adult beverage from Asheville Brewing Co. to follow workout.
Please bring a side dish to pass and other beverages/chairs if you are against squatting on the floor following this WOD to watch the conclusion of the 2010 CrossFit Games.
Please note: No use of equipment or physical stunts will be allowed once the keg is tapped.

The CFA-ers who did today’s WOD should get a medal for valor and strength. That WOD look absolutely hellacious. As someone who’s done this less than 9 months, I was both in awe and intimidated by what I witnessed. I can only hope to be half as strong some day as you all are now. Kudos for your hard work today.
PS–I have not once flipped a tire in the time I’ve been in CFA. That looked like fun…in a sick sort of way.
Can I supplement my team time by saying that Carly and I were the only two people who flipped that super heavy tire that ended up on the side of the road for the rest of the WOD hour? That thing was HEAVY! It added at LEAST a minute to our time, wouldn’t you think? I think there was lead in that tire.
