WOD
10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Knees to elbows
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 Push-press
Complete 20 ball slams after each couplet.
For time.
Use ~70% push-press 5 rep max.
Ex: First two rounds will consist of: 10 K2E, 1 PP, 20 BS, 9 K2E, 2PP, 20 BS, etc.









This has been a week my derriere will not soon forget, with all the lunges we’ve been doing.
I was thinking that now that the CrossFit Games have come and gone for the year, maybe our coaches should set their sights on Wipeout. They would dominate, and think of all the equipment they could buy with the prize money. Enough to fill, I don’t know, 4000 square feet at least.

So kinda curious, I was extremely shaky today while doing this WOD..muscles were involuntarily shanking..this hasn’t happened in a long time. Is this muscle fatigue, just curious on what possible factors are involved….?
