Strength/Skill Work Hang (squat) clean: work towards a new 5RM
WOD
10-1 ladder of Deadlift
1-10 ladder of Hang clean
For time.
Use 80-90% of TODAY’s hang clean 5RM not to exceed your bodyweight. Use one bar for this workout and alternate b/w deadlifts and hang cleans working down in reps on DLs and up in reps on hang cleans.
Reminder: Today is Project Red Shirt Friday!

Can’t wait!!!
I don’t know Shanna, I hardly broke a sweat during this WOD. Make it harder next time, will you? Hahahahaha.

Way to push through today, Aidan!
Oh snap, my eyes are closed in the picture. Wendy said I look like a visually impaired crossfitter.
Kim, you were CONCENTRATING. Wendy’s full of it. I mean, was she even THERE? No, she was not.
Thanks T-Bone!
Miriam, I love you, woman.
T, Love you too, woman. And Aiden, I hear you babe. I had to push through too. I took more rest stops than I’d anticipated during this particular workout and had to dig deep to stay in good form and not get sloppy. Thanks to Daniel, Shanna, and Corey and whoever else was yelling at me to keep my elbows up, my chin down, don’t bounce at the bottom, blah blah blah. Going from 1 to 10 hang cleans was an exercise in not just physical but mental strength. This evening I’m a blubbering, sore fool, but happy.
Seems like the kids leave more stuff on the floor on days when my deadlifter/knees-out muscles have been honored the most. . . CF Axiom #47.
