I was starting to think the coaches had gone soft . . . I mean, 15 push ups, 200 m run, 20 squats, 10 push ups, 200 m run isn’t so bad. Then I noticed the first part of the WOD squeezed in above to the right of the picture. Darn.
My picture didn’t look that way, but I adjusted the post so hopefully it is fixed on your screen, too?
nah, still squished.

I did this WOD from home (in Durham) today and what a great workout! My time was 12:26 – I absolutely hate running and it’s currently 94 degrees outside! Thanks for the WOD! From Kelly (CrossFit Local, in Chapel Hill)
