    Hey all–thank you for your love and thoughts. Jess is doing ok…she is in the ER with Marc waiting results of her CT scan. She is lucid and kept asking for her hat to cover up her hair which is a good sign :). Several stitches on her chin and a bad headache will hopefully be the worst of it.

    Thanks to Miriam, Kim, 5amers, Rustan, David, Corey, etc for being there and responding swiftly and appropriately and coming to check on her (David and Rustan). We are lucky to be a part of such a great community.

    Good Evening everyone. I would like to thank everyone for your support. Jess is doing well. Stitches and a concussion just about sums it up. While in the ER she did say that the WOD was tough. I would say so! Thanks again…Marc

    Best to Jess for a speedy recovery.

    Ummmm, anyone else not able to lift their arms today? I believe this may be the most sore I’ve ever been after a Crossfit workout.

      I having a very hard time bending my arms or putting my arms over head. This is by far the most sore I have been after a Crossfit workout.
