    You don’t have to wear glitter, but I’m not going to promise that I won’t be at the door spraying people as they walk in. Also, kids are welcome. We usually lock them in the playroom and ignore their cries for help :) .

    RE: CLOTHING SWAP

    About 10 people have indicated they’d like to do a clothing swap as we ‘downsize’ our bodies. One person’s gently used clothes may be perfect for the crossfitter who woke up this morning pleasantly surprised that they’ve dropped a size. And then there are those of you who are annoyingly in the size 0000000 range; I don’t know how to help you all, really. :-) Seriously, CFA will gladly set up a clothing exchange room for us (the room in “front” still under construction) where we can bring in our freshly washed, in good condition clothes and leave them for another to enjoy. We may suggest a donation or tithe if you take something, so that we can earn money for a fun partay at some point in the future. The room isn’t quite finished yet, so stay tuned!

    In the meantime, if you have clothes to swap, post. I just snagged 3 pair of great pants from Anne Squires, and I have some workout clothes (tops and a few shorts) that might fit a size 8-10 (or a medium) to give away now that I’m slowly moving toward buff-dom.
