Complete 4 rounds of A1/A2 after an appropriate warm-up (ie. bar weight does not count as the first set of 4. If you are unsure how to go about this talk with your coaches.)

A1. Back squat @ 20×2; 4-6 x 4

A2. Dumbbell press @ 22×1; 2-4 x 4

B. Foot drills

C. AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

400m run

Max rep barbell bear complex in one minute

Use ~60% of a push press or thruster you can complete for 2 or more reps NTE 95/65lbs.

Your score is total completed bear complexes.

    Waaaah. I’m completely immobilized by this week’s workouts so tomorrow is out, but I LOVE the bear complex so very very much. The running can go to hell, but bear complexes? Swoon. Have fun with it, people.
