B. Russian box step-ups x 10-15/leg x 2 rounds. Rest 90s b/w rounds.
WOD
Complete 5 rounds of:
Slammer x 10
Inverse burpee x 8
Pull-ups x 6
for time.
Post best TGUx 3 & time with slammer weight.

Come on….I know a lot of CFA folks who can do more than 128 burpees in 7 mins. Put it out there!
