A1. KBS with 1s hold overhead x 8-12 reps x 5 sets

A2. Ring push-ups @ 2011; AMRAP -2 x 4 sets.

Rest 2-3 minutes before returning to A1 with emphasis on upper body mobility.

A2. Close-grip (14″) bench press: Build to a single @ 3010

WOD

Complete 5 rounds of:

5 hang power snatch (60-70% of a multi-rep max NTE 115/75lbs)

25 double unders

for time.
