A2. Ring dip @ 30X1; 4-6 x 4. Add weight as able.

A2. Close-grip (14″) bench press: Build to a single @ 3010

WOD

Complete 7 rounds of:

Deadlifts x 8 (~60-70% of a multi-rep max NTE 225/165lbs)

Pull-ups x 5 (Adv:C2B)

for time.

Post RDL & time with DL load.
