A. 15 minute of standing long & triple jump practice

B. Complete 2 sets of:

1. Ring push-up AMRAP-1

2. Bent arm hang: accumulate 50% of max

Rest 2 minutes.

Or if you were not in class yet this wk:

Strength Testing

A1. Front squat: Build to a single @ 3010

A2. Seated DB Press @ 3010 x 6 reps

WOD

400m run

AMRAP in 5 minutes of:

Pull-up x 6

Walking lunge x 12 (6/leg)

400m run.

Note overall time MINUS 5 minutes and total rounds+ reps completed in the couplet.
