To support Bob” efforts CrossFit Asheville will host a community event beginning with a Hero WOD at 6:30pm. Donations will be accepted at the event.

Hero WOD: “Collin”

Complete 6 rounds of:

Six rounds of:

  • Carry 50 pound sandbag 400 meters
  • 115 pound Push press, 12 reps
  • 12 Box jumps, 24 inch box
  • 95 pound Sumo deadlift high-pull, 12 reps

For time.
