Ring row x 8
Walking lunge x 12 (6/leg)
Rest 30s
AMRAP in 2:30 of:
Hand-release push-ups x 4
Sit-ups x 8
Double unders x 12
Rest 30s before returning to the first couplet.
Post best push-press x 2, total rounds plus any partial reps for all 4 couplets (every 24 reps is another round).
