Push-jerk: 6, 4, 2, 6, 4, 2. Rest 3 minutes b/w sets.
In 8 minutes complete max rep C2B pull-ups. (if you are new to pull-ups then do standard pull-ups)
Every time you come off the bar complete 8 bupees in which you jump/step over a standard size bumper plate rather than a straight jump at the top.
Please note: You may not hang from the bar by your legs to rest!
