A. Hang power clean: 15 minutes to build to a single
B. HPC: x 2 reps EMOM for 6 minutes @ 80-90% of A. Determine percentage based upon crispness of A & your ability to work at high percentages of your max.
Complete 6 rounds of:
5 High box jumps (NTE 30/24″)
5 OHS (70-80% of a multi-rep max NTE 115/75lbs)
One person works while the other person rests alternating at the end of each round. Each person must complete 6 rounds.
Post HPC x 1, load used for B & overall time with box height/OHS load.
