Complete 5 sets of:

Hang clean + 3 front squats

Rest 2-3 minutes.

WOD

Complete 5 rounds of:

200m run

15 KBS (NTE 1.5/1 pood)

for time.

Post best hang clean+3FS, overall time & KB load.

Reminder: Today is the pull-ups clinic with Shanna at 10 & 10:30.

Holiday Hours: For Wednesday July 4th we will have classes at 6, 7, 9:30 & noon. Open gym: 8-9:30 & 10:30-noon.

We will be able to accommodate larger groups as needed. Please feel free to come at a time different than yours.
