We’re making the following changes to the CFA Group Class Schedule. If the new schedule prevents you from attending your allotted membership value please do not hesitate to contact ShannaDuvall@Gmail.com.

*For the Conditioning Foundations Class you may drop in at any time and you do NOT need to attend session 1 in order to do session 2. Simply there will be two conditioning workouts offered per week.
