The2012 CrossFit Gameskick off with the Individual Competition TODAY July 11th! CFA will be hosting a gathering on Sunday, July 15th to watch a live streaming of the final day of competition! CFA, SAC clients & friends/family are welcome!
2011 CrossFit Games Party
The gym will open at 1:00 pm that afternoon & there will be a workout that starts at 1:30.
Team WOD
We will kick off some team workouts beginning at 1:30pm. Please sign up in the gym if you know you will be there. If you are unsure & decide to come at the last minute we will make it work! If multiple heats are needed we’ll look to schedule heats to begin every 30 minutes.
Potluck Style
Please BYOB (& reserve consumption for after the workout & completion of all physical feats of strength 
and a dish to share. Again, please post to comments or fill in your name in the gym if you will be bringing meat, salad or side dish.
