4 hang power snatch (70-80% of today’s best triple)

12 burpees

for time.

Post best HPS x 3 & overall time with load.

    Hey for those of us playing the home version of this game what’s a BSU? I couldn’t find anything that was an exercise. I did find info on Ball State University Courses of Russian.
