A1. Front squat: 6, 4, 2, 6, 4, 2,

A2. Weighted pull-up, 3, 2, 1, 3, 2, 1

WOD

Complete 3 rounds of:

50 Double unders

10 Deadlifts (60-70% of a multi-rep max NTE 225/155lbs)

for time.

Post best FS x 2, Weighted pull-up x 1 & overall time with DL load & any modifications.

1. Bells & Beer THIS Thursday. If you plan on participating & need a KB please plan to swing by the gym on Thursday morning if at all possible to sign one out. We’ll be loading them into the cars after the event to return back to the gym.
