Complete 3 rounds:

AMRAP in 3 minutes of:

Power clean x 3 (~70% of max NTE 135/95lbs)

Push-up x 6

Squat x 9

Rest 1 minute b/w rounds. Pick up where you left off.

Post best OHS x 5, 3, 1 & total rounds+reps with load.

1. Bells & Beer TONIGHT! If you plan on participating & need a KB please plan to swing by the gym on sometime this morning if at all possible to sign one out. We’ll be loading them into the cars after the event to return back to the gym. Otherwise we will be bringing extras to the event.
