Each partner completes 4 rounds for time:
8 DB burpees
12 DB thrusters
300m row
Only one person on the DBs & only one person on the rower at a time. Switch back & forth between the DB work & row until each has completed 4 rounds. Partners may use different size DBs.
Post best OHS x 3, overall team time & DB load(s).
