B. Russian Box step-up: 15-18/leg x 2. Rest 60s b/w legs.

WOD

AMRAP in 12 minutes of:

6 pull-ups

8 box jumps (NTE 24/20″)

18 squats

Post best SDL x 6, best set of dips & total score.

    7am EMOM muscle ups for 5 min 2 each minute first 4 minutes 5 last minute
    deadlift 2 reps every 30 sec x 6min @ 255
    7 min pullup ladder 5 rounds
