A1. Sumo Deadlift @ 22×1; 8, 6, 4, 8

A2.Ring dip: AMRAP-1 x 3 sets

WOD

Pull-ups (Adv: C2B): 10, 8, 6, 4, 2

Double udners: 40, 32, 24, 16, 8

for time.

Alternate back & forth between the two exercises with reps reducing each set.

Post best SDL x 8, Ring dip max & overall time with any modifications.
