Complete 3 sets of:
A1. Russian Box step-ups 12-15/leg .
Rest 30s b/w legs & before A2.
A2. Ring push-ups: AMRAP in 20 seconds
A3. Knees to elbows x 8-12
Complete 5 rounds of:
7 Thursters (60-70% of a multi-rep max NTE 95/65lbs)
12 Kettlebell swings (NTE 1.5/1 pd)
With one person working at a time through the full sequence alternate back & forth until each person has completed 5 rounds.
Post best RBSU x 15, total push-ups & overall time w/Thruster & KB load.
